Consoles

The Xbox One does not have as much firepower as the Playstation 4, and that’s because it contains around half the amount of GPU units as the Playstation, but the in-game graphics and performance is almost incomparable, and choosing between them is a tough decision that many gamers have to make.

The Nintendo Wii U is still a relatively new console and though it is nowhere to be seen in terms of competing with the sales of Microsoft and Sony, it is still a console that will guarantee family fun. We’re in an exciting era of gaming, and significant price cuts are expected in the near future for both of the next gen consoles, but it will always be a difficult decision to make for gamers.

Sales have shown that many people have opted to buy the Playstation 4, and that’s probably because of the lower price, but it will be interesting to see whether the sales change in the future. Already people are asking what’s next after these consoles and only time will tell, but the Xbox and the Playstation 4 look to be the main consoles for the most part of the next decade, while Nintendo may be forced into releasing a newer console beforehand, but there are many significant improvements to be made for the Wii.

Stock remains at a good level now for all three of these major games consoles, and the right console for you will depend on your needs. As we mentioned the graphics on many games are unparalleled on the Xbox One and the PS4, and while the Nintendo Wii U is a fair distance behind, it is more suited to gamers of all ages.

There are a good amount of games released on next gen consoles, and plenty more big titles are already in the pipeline so make sure you’re ready for the influx of big name games including GTA 5, because release dates are certainly nearing.
